Per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must contain:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  2. A description of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction;
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against you within ten (10) business days.


The Pup Journals reserves the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
